Ambulance, rescue & EMS agencies
A website your crew, your board and your community can count on.
Ambulance services, rescue squads, EMS districts and county EMS agencies, paid or volunteer: residents look you up to find a class, a bill, a job or a board meeting, and a social page cannot hold all of that. Tell the AI about your agency and it drafts the site in about a minute. You edit anything in place, and your own officers can post an alert from a phone. Month-to-month, no contract, no RFP.
No card for the free plan. A PO and a W-9 on request. Civic is $149 a month or $1,490 a year.
- Volunteer squads and paid agencies
- Built to WCAG 2.1 AA, included
- No contract, export everything
- Civic $149 a month, no RFP
What an EMS site can do
The pages residents look for, kept current by your own people.
These are blocks Mainfolk builds today. Add them, reorder them and edit them on the page, with no code and no webmaster.
Emergency alert banner
Post a road closure, a station change or a severe weather notice across the whole site in seconds, and take it down just as fast. Residents can also sign up for alerts.
Recruitment for EMTs and volunteers
What the role is, what you offer and the hiring steps, with an application form whose entries are saved and emailed to your inbox. Career and volunteer roles can share a page.
Classes and community events
CPR and first-aid classes, station open houses and blood-pressure checks, listed with date and place on an events calendar that is easy to change.
Board agendas and minutes
Upload a PDF and it is listed and dated, the transparency page a district or authority needs. Your counsel confirms what your own meeting law requires.
Non-emergency contact forms
Build a form with the fields you need for records requests and general questions. Entries are saved and emailed to the right inbox, with a call 911 for emergencies line.
A pay-a-bill link
A card that links to the secure payment page your billing company or agency already uses. We link out; we do not take or store payments.
Crew and leadership
Photos, names and roles for your chief, medical director, officers and crew, with a profile that opens for each person.
A fleet gallery
Show your ambulances and response vehicles with photos and specs residents can open and browse.
- No webmaster needed. The AI drafts the first version and you edit the words in place, from a phone at the station.
- Many hands, one login each. Invite the people who post alerts, classes and minutes, so nobody shares a password.
- A fixed, small cost. $149 a month or $1,490 a year with hosting, security and accessibility included, easy to put in a budget line.
- Nothing held hostage. Export your whole site and its content whenever you like, and cancel any month.
Volunteer squads welcome
Built for the squad where the chief also fixes the website.
Most EMS agencies are small, and the person who keeps the site up is a volunteer with a day job. Mainfolk is made so that job takes minutes, not a weekend, and so it survives the next change of officers.
What we do and do not do
A public website, not a patient system.
We would rather you know the edges now than find them later.
The straight version
No patient portal and no patient information in forms. Mainfolk is a public website. It is not an electronic patient care record, a dispatch system or a billing system, and a website form is the wrong place for health information.
Billing happens on your biller's page. The pay-a-bill card links to the payment page you already use. We do not take or store payments.
Your counsel owns the legal questions. We can list your agendas and minutes, but your own meeting law, records law and bid rules are for your clerk or attorney to confirm.
Coming from another host?
If your site is on 911Webs, plan the move now.
If you have heard 911Webs is winding down, confirm your own date with them. A website that goes offline takes your public record with it. We move your calendar, public files, forms, staff pages and photos for you, free, and you keep your domain. The steps are on our 911Webs alternative page.
What it costs
One plan for the whole agency. $149 a month.
Civic is $149 a month or $1,490 a year (two months free), with hosting, security, accessibility and onboarding included. At that price it usually falls under competitive-bid thresholds, which your clerk or counsel confirms. See the pricing page for every plan, or request a written quote with a W-9 and a PO.
Questions
Asked and answered.
The questions chiefs and boards ask first. If yours is not here, ask the engineer and you will get a straight answer.
Does a volunteer squad or small ambulance district need this?
Yes, and it is a common fit. A squad with no paid webmaster can have the chief, the training officer or a member update the site from a phone. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, and you can export your entire site whenever you want.
Can we recruit EMTs, paramedics and volunteers through the site?
Yes. A join or careers page says what the role is, what you offer and what the hiring steps are, with an application form whose entries are saved and emailed to your inbox. Volunteer and career roles can live on the same page.
Can patients pay a bill on the site?
The site can carry a pay-a-bill card that links to the secure payment page your billing company or agency already uses. Mainfolk does not take or process payments for you and does not store payment details.
Is there a patient portal, and can forms take patient information?
No. Mainfolk is a public website, not a patient portal, an electronic patient care record or a dispatch system. Do not collect patient health information in a website form. Contact forms are for non-emergency questions and carry a call 911 for emergencies line.
Is the site accessible?
Yes. Accessibility to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard is built into the page markup and included in the price, not added with an overlay widget. Our ADA compliance page explains what that means for a public agency, and your counsel confirms your own obligations.
Our site is on 911Webs. Can you move it?
Yes. If you have heard 911Webs is winding down, confirm your own date with them. We move your calendar, public files, forms, staff pages and photos for you as part of Civic onboarding, free, and you keep your domain. The details are on our 911Webs alternative page.
Do we need to put it out for bid?
Almost certainly not. At $1,490 a year Civic sits under most competitive-bid thresholds, so a board or a chief can usually approve it directly. Your clerk or counsel confirms the rule that applies to you, and we send a written quote, a W-9 and a PO on request.
What does it cost?
Civic is $149 a month or $1,490 a year with hosting, security, accessibility and onboarding included, and no setup fee. You can start on the free plan first to see what the AI builds, with no card.
Also serving fire departments, police departments, cities and villages and special districts. The overview is on local government, and the accessibility rule is explained on ADA compliance.
