Mainfolk

Chambers of commerce

Your members' dues buy them visibility. Make sure it's actually visible.

A member directory that is out of date within a month is the one thing about a chamber site the paying members actually notice. Mainfolk builds a chamber a real site with a live member directory, events, deals, jobs, and online join, built on the same platform as the rest of Mainfolk and provisioned through the Chamber Culture CRM.

Chamber sites are provisioned through Chamber Culture CRM, not the self-serve wizard. Pricing depends on your chamber, so let's talk.

  • A directory that updates itself
  • Events, deals & job postings
  • Online join with real dues tiers
  • Member sign-in included

The one job a generic builder skips

A chamber website has one job no generic website builder does.

Most chamber sites list members in a page someone updates by hand, or a PDF pinned to a menu item. It is out of date within a month, and the members who paid for the listing are the ones who notice first. A member directory is only worth what it costs the chamber to keep current, which for most chambers is more staff time than they have.

A hand-updated page

  • Stale within weeks of the last edit
  • Someone on staff has to remember to update it
  • New members wait to be added by hand
  • Lapsed members quietly stay listed
  • Deals, jobs, and sponsors live in separate places, if anywhere

A live directory, plus the rest

  • Pulled straight from your chamber's own CRM records
  • Updates itself the moment membership changes
  • Events, deals, and jobs on the same live site
  • Sponsors recognized where visitors actually look
  • Members join and manage their own listing online

The most elaborate template we ship

Everything a chamber needs, live and connected to your own records.

The chamber template set pulls real data from your Chamber Culture CRM instead of shipping a page someone has to maintain by hand.

Live member directory

Every member, current, pulled straight from your chamber's own CRM records. No page for staff to remember to update, no lag between a renewal and the listing reflecting it.

An events calendar members can join

Ribbon cuttings, mixers, luncheons, listed and dated, with members able to be listed on the events they sponsor or attend.

Member deals & marketplace

A place members actually want to be listed, because it is where residents look for a discount before they book something elsewhere.

Job postings

Member businesses post openings straight to the chamber's own audience, one more reason membership pays for itself.

Sponsor recognition & member map

Sponsors placed where visitors actually look, and a member map so a resident can find who's local at a glance.

Online join & member sign-in

A join flow that reads your chamber's real membership tiers, so applying and paying dues happens online, and members sign in to manage their own listing.

How it works

Provisioned through Chamber Culture, not the signup wizard.

Chamber sites are not self-serve, because the directory, events, deals, and job postings need to be connected to your chamber's real membership records first. We talk with your board about what your chamber needs, connect the Chamber Culture CRM integration, and the live site follows from there, built on the same platform as the rest of Mainfolk.

What's connected

  • Member directory, live from your CRM
  • Events calendar members can join
  • Deals, jobs & sponsor recognition
  • Online join, reading real dues tiers
  • Member sign-in

Questions

Asked and answered.

How does the member directory stay current?

It pulls live from your chamber's own records through the Chamber Culture CRM integration, so a new member, a renewal, or a member who lapsed shows up on the site without anyone editing a page. No more directory that is right the month it launches and wrong every month after.

Do members get their own logins?

Yes. Member sign-in lets members manage their own listing, claim their deals and job postings, and register for events, without going through chamber staff for every small update.

Can we take membership applications and payments online?

Yes. The online join flow reads your chamber's real membership tiers, so a prospective member sees the actual dues structure and can apply and pay without a phone call or a mailed form.

Can we move our existing member list over?

Yes. Onboarding through the Chamber Culture CRM integration is how the directory gets its data in the first place, so bringing over your current member list is part of setup, not a separate project.

What does a chamber site cost?

It depends on your chamber and how the CRM integration is set up, so it is a conversation rather than a number on this page. Talk to us and we will price it for your chamber directly.

Let's talk about your chamber
